Count That Day Lost
If you sit down at set of sun
And count the acts that you have done,
And, counting, find
One self-denying deed, one word
That eased the heart of him who heard,
One glance most kind
That fell like sunshine where it went --
Then you may count that day well spent.
But if, through all the livelong day,
You've cheered no heart, by yea or nay --
If, through it all
You've nothing done that you can trace
That brought the sunshine to one face--
No act most small
That helped some soul and nothing cost --
Then count that day as worse than lost.
George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans)

My very first post!
So I've been looking for a place like this. I was at a friend's house and her friend has a blog here. I loved his and I thought I'd make one of my own. You"ll here about my friends, family, and life soon enough. I'm 23 years old living in Vice City. Life here is forever changing! Today is Easter Sunday and I'm laying low... hanging out with the fam. It's been a very long weekend and I'm super exhausted! My body is slowly shutting down. I'm glad I started this blog, though! I'm gonna figure out how I can update from my BlackBerry. :0D Well, I really want to get some reading in before I turn in tonight so... until next time!
